This hotel had different eateries, entertainment including a water park and arcade under the same roof so on a rainy day you would still be entertained without leaving the building. We had a wonderful time at this hotel, we had the best view from our window of the falls ( could actually hear the falls if you open the door to the Juliet Balcony) and gardens below and the Festival of Lights and of the fireworks and Clifton Hill and could see the rainbow bridge that connects Canada to the USA. Thank you to all the staff for going out of their way to make this a great trip and we booked to come back in December because of them. She was able to get the car with no issues and meet me at the convention centre. Tony (bellhop) helped her with all the luggage and was wonderful. The self parking was easy to use and the room was clean, comfortable and modern. She couldn’t recall their names but they were working the morning of November 17 and I can’t thank them enough. I had to leave before breakfast started, however my mum enjoyed the buffet breakfast in the restaurant and loved the selection and the waitresses went out of their way to make her feel welcomed as she was dining alone. We did enjoy the club lounge at night which had a good selection of snacks and great lattes and is one of the nicer ones I’ve visited. At night you could see the lights and falls lit up from the room, which was truly a treat.

I had booked a two queen standard room, however was given one facing the falls with a sofa, fireplace and Juliet balcony! My mum had intended to do some sightseeing, however didn’t want to leave the room as it was so nice. I’m a Platinum status with the Marriott and was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade and welcome amenity with welcome letter. I brought my mum to enjoy the Falls and am glad that I did.

It is a great location which is attached to the original casino and area attractions are within walking distance. I stayed one night in November as it was a perfect location as I was attending a conference.
